If you meet the following criteria, you may be interviewed and given a skills evaluation.
You must be 18 years old or within 6 months of your 18th birthday.
You will need to provide us with proof that you are eligible to work in the United States. The document(s) you provide must establish your identity as well as your employment eligibility in the United States of America. (i.e. photo ID and social security card or original birth certificate; U.S. Passport, etc. or any other document(s) listed as acceptable on the Form I-9 from the Immigration and Naturalization service.)
You must have demonstrated at least 6 months recent stable work history, which will be checked. Gaps in employment history due to verifiable medical or schooling reasons will be taken into consideration.
You must have complete past employment information with the employer names, telephone numbers, and complete dates of employment.
You must have reliable means of being contacted for assignments (such as home phone, cell, pager).
You must have reliable transportation that will ensure that you can report to work as scheduled.
You must demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic attitude. (No one favors an applicant who is in a bad mood or rude.)
You must demonstrate appropriate personal grooming, clothing, and personal hygiene.
All Express Associates, consistent with state law, may be required to undergo a drug screening test for any or all of the following reasons: Pre-Employment (assignment) purposes, Continuation of employment (assignment), Periodic, announced (routine) testing, For cause due to reasonable suspicion by Express Employment Professionals or its clients, Post-accident (work related injury).
